Recent Updates to EarthLink Terms and Conditions
We wanted to let you know we’re updating our Terms of Service, which apply to your use of our products and services. We update our Terms as our services evolve, and to address new laws and regulations. We’ve also made them easier to read. The changes will take effect on April 1, 2024. At a glance, here’s what this update means for you:
- We monitor and record communications from customers and other third parties.
- We listed the fees we charge for ancillary services, early termination and non-returned equipment.
- We updated the terms of our credit practices to make clear that EarthLink reports data to the national credit bureaus.
- We have updated the content to remove obsolete terms and services and added new services and products.
