Bobby Nix

Bobby serves as Chief AI & Data Officer. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the company’s business intelligence and artificial intelligence operating model, translating data and technology into measurable outcomes across growth, retention, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

In 2021, Bobby joined the EarthLink family following the acquisition of Black Bear Design, where he served as managing executive. His prior experience in telecommunications and customer acquisition includes leadership roles at Red Ventures, Allconnect, and AT&T.

Bobby is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Clemson University.
