Our Pledge

Consistent with FCC Chairman Pai’s “Keep Americans Connected Pledge” and concerns raised by members of Congress, EarthLink also pledges for the next 60 days (as of March 16, 2020) to:

  • not terminate the service of any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bill due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
  • not charge late payment fees residential or small business customers may incur because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.
