What can I do with all that speed?
With our HyperLink Internet access you’ll use your fast connection to do more things. For example, with our fastest connection (75 Mbps), you could download 10 songs in 9 seconds or download a one hour TV show in 56 seconds. You’ll get the same kind of time-saving benefit downloading software, doing online research, shopping, and gaming more.

Can I access the Internet if I’m on the road?
Yes. All HyperLink plans come with free dial-up access (up to 20 hours per month) for you to use away from home. And EarthLink has thousands of toll-free local access numbers for you to use.

Can I use HyperLink Internet on all my home computers?
Yes, that is one of the big benefits you get with HyperLink.

Can I set up a home network?
Yes, the HyperLink modem includes integrated WiFi that supports multiple devices and allows you to create a home network. And with the WiFi connection that comes with the EarthLink provided modem, you can enjoy access as you move around your home using wireless enabled devices.

Do I need to have home phone service to get HyperLink Internet?
No, home phone service is not required to purchase HyperLink Internet.

What are the minimum computer requirements for HyperLink High Speed Internet?
The minimum hardware requirement is that your primary computer must have a Network Interface Card (NIC) also known as an Ethernet card, which is standard on most computers, or a network adapter.
