Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 1, 2024

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a limited-time program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides discounts of up to $30 on monthly broadband Internet access service (or up to $75 per eligible household on Tribal lands). ACP services are subject to consumer eligibility, provider participation, product availability, and FCC/Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) approval.

The ACP monthly service discount is non-transferrable. An eligible household is limited to one monthly service discount. ACP Program benefits may be obtained from any participating provider of your choosing and your service benefit may be transferred to another provider at any time.

You are eligible for ACP discounts if you are eligible for Lifeline, or if you participate in SNAP (Food Stamps), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Fund, Free and Reduced Price School Lunch and Breakfast (2019-20 or 2020-21 school year, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision), or if your household income is at or below 135% of the federal poverty level. Current year Pell Grant recipients also are eligible. If you have experienced a substantial loss in income due to job loss or furlough after 2/29/2020 and your total household income was $99,000 or less for a single filer or $198,000 or less for joint filers, you may be eligible. If you reside on Tribal Lands, participation in any of the following additional programs makes you eligible for ACP benefits: Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) General Assistance, Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF), Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or Tribal Head Start (only household that meet the income qualifying standard). ACP eligibility will be determined for the FCC by USAC’s National Verifier and National Lifeline Accountability Database.

Our standard Terms and Conditions also apply, in addition to any others communicated to you that are specific to your service plan. Available upload/download speeds can be found under “Broadband Network Management Information” on our Terms & Conditions page. To receive ACP benefits, your identity and eligibility must be confirmed by USAC and you must comply with all applicable ACP Program Rules.
