How do I set up my email?
All you need to do is go to webmail.earthlink.net and sign in with your EarthLink email address and password.
Can I talk on the phone and use Dial-Up connection at the same time?
No. Unfortunately you can't do both simultaneously with dialup. If that's important to you, you should consider our High Speed Cable or DSL Internet services. If they are not available in your area, you can subscribe to our Internet Call Waiting service, which lets you screen calls and catch messages while you are online with dialup connection. The Pro version lets you take calls while you are online. You can try our Internet Call Waiting services FREE for 30 days.

How do I cancel my service with my other Internet service provider?
Many dial up Internet providers let you cancel your service via telephone, fax, or postal mail. When you contact them, be sure to have your username handy, as well as the credit card number associated with your dialup account.
How can I pay for my EarthLink Dial-Up service?
For your convenience, EarthLink offers you a choice of 5 easy payment methods when you sign up for a dial up account. You can pay right away by credit card, bank draft, or PayPal. You can choose to print your invoice and take it to a participating Western Union location to pay in person by cash, check, or money order. Or, you may choose "Bill Me Later" to receive an invoice in the mail.
