The BlackBerry Products are manufactured by Research In Motion Limited and are the subject of a limited warranty provided by Research In Motion Limited as set forth in the BlackBerry Installation and User's Guide (the "Limited Warranty"). The Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty for any BlackBerry Product sold under the terms of this Wireless Service Agreement and EarthLink does not provide any warranty on such BlackBerry Products.
