Bradley A. Ferguson
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ferguson has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2009. He was previously EarthLink's Vice President, Controller since September 2005 and has served as our Principal Accounting Officer since May 2008. From September 2002 to September 2005, he was EarthLink's Vice President, Commercial Finance. Following the merger of EarthLink Network, Inc. and MindSpring Enterprises, Inc. in February 2000 until September 2002, Mr. Ferguson was our Vice President, Treasurer. He was Vice President, Treasurer of MindSpring prior to that time. Prior to joining MindSpring, Mr. Ferguson was a member of the audit practice at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Ferguson is a Certified Public Accountant.
