Kevin M. Dotts
Chief Financial Officer, EarthLink

As EarthLink's chief financial officer, Kevin M. Dotts oversees the financial performance and growth outlook for one of the nation's largest Internet service providers with revenues of more than 1.3 billion dollars and more than 5.3 million subscribers. Dotts and his team are responsible for EarthLink's accounting, internal and external reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, investor relations, and procurement.

Joining EarthLink in 2000, Dotts previously served as vice president of finance and principle accounting officer. In this role, Dotts supervised the company's financial and management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate purchasing.

Prior to joining EarthLink, Dotts enjoyed a 15 year career at General Electric, holding a succession of increasingly more senior finance positions. Starting in the Financial Management Program at GE Aerospace, Dotts also served on GE's corporate audit staff, in its Plastics division both domestically and internationally, at NBC and most recently as the financial leader of a $1.5 billion business unit of GE Energy.
