(EarthLink) UPDATE: We apologize that some of our customers continue to have issues with email and Internet connections. We worked throughout the weekend and this week to resolve the issues and continue to monitor customer connection issues closely. If you are still unable to connect to the Internet or gain access to your email, please power cycle your modem to troubleshoot. Doing so resolves issues for the majority of our customers. If that does not solve your issue, please Private Message us and include your EarthLink email address so we can investigate further.

(EarthLink) UPDATE: We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers over the last day and a half. Verizon customers that had connection issues should now be able to access EarthLink websites and email. The issue is now resolved. If you continue to have connection issues, please contact support or private message us with your account number and contact information to further investigate.
(EarthLink) We are sorry to hear that some of our customers are experiencing issues accessing our websites and email. After investigation, most issues reported this afternoon appear to be from customers trying to access our sites from Verizon’s network. We have reached out to Verizon about the issue and hope to get it resolved soon.
