Health Insurance: Available to employees and eligible dependents (legal spouse, unmarried children and domestic partners), EarthLink's three medical plans encompass traditional EPP/PPO plans and a consumer-directed healthcare offering that provides company funds to assist with healthcare expenses.
Dental Insurance: Choose from three dental plans that cover everything from basic checkups to full PPO coverage.
Tax-Free Spending Accounts for Healthcare: Reimburse yourself for certain daycare expenses, as well as some medical, dental, and vision costs; even certain over-the-counter medications.
Group Basic Life Insurance: EarthLink provides no-cost coverage equal to the lesser of 2x your annual salary.
Supplemental Life Insurance: Available at low cost to every employee, as well as eligible dependents.
Vision Care: Covers exams, lenses, and frames for employees and their dependents; laser vision surgery referrals are also provided.
Long-term care: Replaces 60% of an employee's current salary, up to a maximum of $15,000 per month.
